This is more than double the prize awarded to the winners in the previous two editions of the WTC, underlining the tournament’s growing prestige and commercial importance in the red-ball format. The total prize pool for the 2023–25 cycle stands at USD 5.76 million (approx. ₹49.25 crore).

Although India missed out on reaching a third consecutive final, they still secured a healthy third-place finish in the WTC standings and will earn ₹12.31 crore (USD 1.44 million) for their performance across the two-year cycle.
The runner-up of the final — scheduled for June 11 at Lord’s — will receive ₹18.47 crore (USD 2.16 million), also a significant increase from the USD 800,000 awarded in earlier editions.
